CONSULTATION

JCA will consult with your company to create necessary job descriptions for any openings you may have at no charge. JCA will also discuss with you what the average starting salaries are for each position desired. With your permission we would like to visit your company to provide you with more detailed information of the services that JCA offers. This will also allow JCA to identify your culture and what type of employee is best for your company.

TYPES OF CANDIDATES
Some of the candidates we hire are in the following fields:
At the specific request of the client, JCA can provide the following:
  • Background Checks
  • Credit Checks
  • Drug Screenings
  • Social Security Verifications
Each individual that is hired will be on JCA’s payroll. We will produce the following:
  • Bi weekly payroll
  • W2 at year end
  • New Hire Reporting
  • Completion of W4 and I9 forms
  • Payroll taxes and withholdings (such as child support, etc)
  • All necessary taxes to be withheld such as: Federal, State, Medicare, Unemployment, and Social Security
  • All necessary insurances paid (Workers Compensations, General Liability)

When the employee accepts the position to work for your company, we schedule a pre-employment conference and counsel them on starting a new job. This includes what is appropriate and inappropriate in the workplace, professional appearance and demeanor. We provide them with a copy of the “Do’s and Don’ts” so they may refer to it at any time. Also, we monitor the attendance of the employees weekly and will counsel them if they are missing work.
