A local financial management company has grown and is seeking a new administrative receptionist to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the front lobby area, greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, handling the pickup and distribution of incoming mail, and maintaining the company CRM database. The administrative receptionist also handles the scheduling and set up of conference rooms for meetings, maintaining the office supply inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Recent college graduates with degrees in business and/or finance are encouraged to apply. Strong candidates will have previous experience working at a front desk or in another administrative role, comfortability with Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs, and strong communication skills.
