A local mortgage services company is currently in need of a new administrative assistant to join one of their departments. As an administrative assistant you will be tasked with finalizing documents, performing quality control and loan pack reviews. You will also be responsible for sending files to outside companies via Fedex, reaching out to utility service providers, and ensuring original documents are returned to the appropriate individual. In this role you will also be answering customer calls and providing them with excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned.
Individuals with previous experience in mortgage services or customer service are encouraged to apply for this position. Strong applicants will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads.
